Pursuing the Deepest Love for Traditional Poetry, A Poet-guard from the Southeast University Went Popular on Campus
视诗词为最大嗜好 东南大学“诗人保安”走红校园
With a double identities - as a guard and a poet - Yu Zaiquan combines his work with hobby on ordinary days, feeling that reading and writing poems cannot only help kill time but also enrich himself. During the night shift, he wrote a poem which reads: "The wind blows hard at night, with fewer figures walking on the road. Picking up the pen, however, I felt lost for words, in a cool air-conditioned room." Comparing his poem with "the spring night" written by the famous ancient poet Wang Anshi, the guard says with a laughter, "That was written by him on his night watch, so was this one by me, only that mine is not as good."
平日里，拥有保安与诗人双重身份的他，工作与爱好相和，他觉得读诗写诗既能消磨时光也能充实自己。值夜班时，于在泉就写了首诗：“晚来风声急，路上人渐稀。凭借空调力，提笔又无语”。于师傅笑着比起王安石的《春夜》一诗，“哈哈，他是上夜班写的，我也是上夜班写诗，只不过写得不如他好”。
I did not recite poetry blindly or anxiously. I learn by heart those which resonate with me. " He says.
“与我心境相合的我都背”，于在泉说。
Growing up in Nanjing, Yu is grateful to his birthplace which had been the capital in six dynasties and is full of cultural heritage. He shows great affection to every tree and shrub at this place. Bearing all the traditional Chinese poems in mind, he sometimes would burst with inspiration for his own poems. So when he has time, he will visit the historic attractions, writing down his new poems.
金陵城长大的于在泉，十分庆幸自己是六朝古都的人，这里有太多的文化积淀，故他对这里的一山一水一草一木，都有深厚的情感。于在泉在熟读了古诗词之后，便有了抒发的欲望。一有时间，他就会古迹的地方锻炼。
With more poems accumulated in mind, more places visited and more people acquainted, he spontaneously has inspiration and impulse to compose new poems. without professional training in poetry, the way he composes his poems is different. Considering his limitation in vocabulary and the risk of confining his ideas, he does not rigidly follow some rule of writing when composing. Instead, he just depicts his personal experiences and feelings in a natural way. What distinguishes him from others who write poems at the desk is that all of his works are done in different places, which reflect his true feelings about these historic attractions.
读得多了，背得多了，跑的地方多了，所见的人与物熟悉了，灵感也就来了，自然有了创作的冲动。于在泉作诗行云流水。与常人作诗不同，他并没有学格律、押韵，一方面考虑到自身词汇不够，另一方面也怕束缚自己的思维，所以他作诗从不硬想，只是自然地表达自己的亲身经历和内心情感。和别人坐在窗前桌下写诗不同，于在泉的诗都是跑出来的，对南京的每一处胜迹都发自内心作了吟颂，每一首都是真情实感的写照。

Success at the First Environmental Music Festival in SWPU
我校首届环保音乐节成功举办
On April 20, the first environmental music festival was held at the building of art in SWPU. The green association and the music club sponsored this event, with help from the FCL association, the secretariat of the school of geoscience and technology, the dandelion studio and the new media of the law school.
四月二十日，我校首届环保音乐节在艺术大楼成功举办。本次活动由绿洲协会和音乐俱乐部主办，FCL协会、地科院秘书处、蒲公英工作室和法学院新媒体协办。

Thieves Ransacked an English Museum for a Number of Artifacts
英国一博物馆遭小偷洗劫，数件文物被盗
A few days ago, 4 masked men broke into a museum in the city of Bath in Southwest England and looted more than 40 Chinese artifacts including jade, porcelain and gold pieces. The police is investigating it now.
日前，四名蒙面男子闯入了英国西南部巴斯市的一座博物馆，并偷走了包括玉器、瓷器和黄金制品在内的超过40件中国文物，警方正在进行调查。
The police suggested that these thieves targeted the Museum of East Asian Art on Bennett Street and conducted the larceny deliberately. They announced that a witness said 4 masked men were smashing through a window of the museum at around 1:20.a.m and leaving by a dark colored SUV on last Tuesday.
警方认为这些小偷看准了班尼特街上的东亚艺术博物馆，有计划地实施了本次文物偷盗。警方称，有目击者称看到四名蒙面男子在上周二凌晨1时20分左右从博物馆破窗而入实施盗窃，随后乘坐一辆深色SUV离开。
The curator of the museum said:“we deeply feel shocked and sad about this burglary. Not only do the stolen objects have significant historical and cultural value, but also contain the irreplaceable emotional value for the founder of our museum.”

According to the statistics of China Semiconductor Industry Association, sales of China's IC industry reached 541 billion 130 million yuan in 2017, with an increase of 24.8% over the same period last year. The high sales are also accompanied by high import fees, and which even surpassed oil to be the top one in the import list for many years. Since 2013, China needs to import more than 200 billion US dollars chips every year. In 2017, this number reached a historical record of 260 billion 100 million US dollars.

A New Antibody Drug Has Been Developed to Fight against HIV by Scientists from the University of Hong Kong
香港大学研发出新型对抗艾滋的抗体药物
"A team led by scientists from the University of Hong Kong has developed a new antibody drug that will not only protect people from contracting HIV but also serve as a long-acting treatment for the virus, unlike current medication that must be taken daily."
“由香港大学科学家领导的一个研究小组开发了一种新的抗体药物，不仅可以保护人们免于感染艾滋病病毒，而且还可以作为病毒的长效治疗药物，与目前每天必须服用的药物不同。”
There will be further tests before the drug, named "BiIA-SG", can be part of the global battle against the virus, which causes Aids. The research team has so far only tested the drug on mice but is now looking to experiment on larger animals such as monkeys, before conducting clinical trials on humans. Still, Professor Chen Zhiwei, the team leader and director of HKU’s Aids Institute, stressed the scientific discovery had yielded "one of the most potent and effective antibody drugs". This is because the study showed that mice given the drug before being infected with HIV were protected from the virus for about a week.

In addition, the experiments, which also involved experts from mainland medical and research institutions, found that when mice were infected with HIV before being treated, 42 per cent had an "undetectable level" of the virus for at least four weeks after one injection of antibodies. The tests found that the drug was effective against 124 strains of HIV, including those that are commonly found in infected people from Hong Kong and mainland China.

2018年4月22日，第49个“世界地球日”，公益组织“深圳市为蓝低碳发展促进中心”（简称：Goal Blue ）积极响应“珍惜自然资源呵护美丽国土”的主题，在北京成功举行“滨&苍产蝉辫;颁础搁贰”（我在乎）计划启动发布会。
Goal Blue, the sponsor of this activity, expressed its view that it would use "I CARE" to closely connect most consumers with these responsible, environmental and friendly business solutions in order to nurture and encourage sustainable consumption behavior and to protect our living environment by practical action. As a commonweal organization dedicated to slowing down the changes of climate, Goal Blue has always been actively advocating the concept of green consumption like "smart eating", "low-carbon transportation" and "blue ocean", making more public aware that climate change is closely related to everyone's life. "I CARE" is not only Goal Blue's public welfare plan and action slogan, but also the core values of Goal Blue public welfare.

With the development of science and technology and the expansion of economic scale, the global environment has deteriorated in the past 30 years. The environmental crisis, such as greenhouse effect, haze, white plastic garbage and so on, seriously threatens the survival and development of all mankind. The solution of environmental problems requires the common cognition and joint execution of the whole society, while commonweal organizations, business organizations and consumers are three main forces that cannot be ignored.
